Your Homeowner Portal offers:
- Dashboard overview: Get an instant snapshot of your property's financial earnings.
- Calendar and booking insights: Dive into a detailed calendar view showcasing every guest booking. You'll have access to booking details such as stay duration, all relevant booking details and a detailed fee structure breakdown for each booking.
- Statements and invoices: For your convenience, we upload your monthly statements and any relevant invoices into the Portal. This means you can easily access all of your past statements whenever you need them. You can also find your end-of-financial year (EOFY) statements in the ‘FY Statements’ section of your Portal.
- Documents: Access any important documents relating to your property such as your Hometime contract and all invoices uploaded by your Hosting Partner for your property.
- Contact details: An easy way to get in touch with your Hosting Partner or Hometime’s Customer Experience team.
