The Revenue Management Team are constantly monitoring for underperforming properties and making necessary adjustments to boost occupancy and earnings.

We'll review your listing to understand why it’s not performing to where we expect. As part of that process, we’ll make an assessment and adjustments to improve the performance of your property. That could include:

  • Optimising your listing copy to include key amenities and features of your property
  • Investing in new listing photos
  • Reassessing pricing levels and updating accordingly.
  • Refreshing your property
  • Removing potential blockers where appropriate such as minimum stays, minimum rates that are too high relative to the market
