The most common items we see go missing are crockery and cutlery. Therefore, you should account for an element of shrinkage for these items and you may need to replace items every year or so, or as recommended by your Hosting Partner. On occasions, guests may accidentally take something. Most guests will alert us first and arrange for the item to be returned or replaced.
Housekeeping will report missing items that are noticed to your Hosting Partner who will submit a Resolution Claim with Airbnb to replace them.
If you notice that there are missing items at your property, please notify your Hosting Partner to investigate.
