What are the resolution adjustments on my statement?

Resolution adjustments relate to changes made to a booking you have received from a guest. These can be for things like cancellations, reservation changes or violation of guest refund policy. Resolution adjustments could also appear on your statement as a result of a resolution claim to or from a guest.
