How will I know about maintenance issues?
You'll be contacted by your local Hosting Partner to notify you of any issues. We'll handle fixes up to a limit that is specified in your Homeowner Agreement, so we don’t bother you about the small things. Anything more than that amount, we’ll get in touch with you to chat through and approve the maintenance costs. In an emergency, your Hosting Partner will act in your best interest, as well as your property’s, to arrange urgent repairs, ensuring swift action and limiting property damage.
