I have a long-term guest. Will I receive the full payment upfront?

For long-term bookings, payments are collected and released in monthly instalments. For example, Airbnb charges guests the first month upfront, and once the guest has paid, they release the first payment to Hometime. Future payments are then paid monthly for the duration of the booking.

Note: When there are alterations to bookings that were already paid to you in full the month prior, then an adjustment will be reflected in your current month's earnings. This may happen if a booking is shortened midway through a stay.
