How should I use Homeowner Portal dashboard?

The dashboard in your Portal is a dynamic overview of your property's performance at a glance. you'll see your property performance based on the generated revenue from bookings (net of fees), and also your actual (net) income after your property expenses.

When you log in to your Portal, you'll find a user-friendly dashboard that allows you to easily filter information by month.

1. Net Revenue Overview

Your Net Revenue Overview shows the booking revenue your property has generated over the past year, as well as any bookings you have secured in the next two months. It's important to understand that the Net Revenue is net of cleaning and Hometime management fees, but doesn't factor in other property expenses you might have in your monthly statement. Please keep in mind that other expenses are unique to your property (eg. gardening, pool maintenance etc).

Because these additional expenses can vary widely among properties, we assess your property's performance by comparing its Net Revenue with our Earnings Estimate.

The chart shows:

  • The last 12 months of earnings data and your pending booking pipeline for the next two months. Your historical earnings are represented by green columns and your booking pipeline is represented in grey.
  • Monthly Net Revenue based on the last completed monthly statement
  • Upcoming bookings based on the sum of your future bookings Net Revenue
  • Nights occupied for the chosen month

2. Net Income Overview

Your Net Income Overview shows your actual payout based on completed monthly statements. The Net Income is your Net Revenue less any other property expenses such as gardening or pool maintenance, air conditioning service etc.

You'll find that the Net Income for any given month matches the figure in your Hometime monthly statements and will always be aligned.

The chart shows:
