How does pricing work for multichannel?

Hometime's core pricing strategy is replicated across other channels. This works through the nightly price that we push through our dynamic pricing tool onto Airbnb, which then syncs to the Hometime Platform and consequently to other channels through our channel manager. The aim is currently to have rate parity across all channels except DBS, which due to lower platform fees will have a slightly lower rate for the guest.

Please note: there may be a slight sync delay when implementing price changes to other channels, this is due to the sync between the Hometime Platform and the channel manager, which needs to be aligned. We do have the ability to push pricing manually, however, this does take some time to implement across all channels.
