All homeowners can update their bank account information in the Portal. To do this, navigate to the Settings button and then in your profile information you'll see Bank Details.
While the above is the preferred method for homeowners to update their bank details, should you have any issues, please feel free to get in touch with your Hosting Partner or our Customer Experience Team who can also update your bank details on your behalf, available to help:
