If your property is registered under an entity, company, or trust, you can choose if you’d like to be addressed as so, or if you have a preferred name.
Contact Hometime’s Customer Experience team to let us know your entity name and if you have a preferred name. The team is available from 9am to 5pm (AEST), Monday to Saturday.

Here’s how these updates will display:
- Financial statements: This will display ‘Entity name’ if set, otherwise it will display your full name.
- Emails sent from the Homeowner portal: Emails you receive from the portal will show ‘Preferred name’ if set, otherwise, your first name will be displayed.
- Homeowner portal: Your Homeowner portal will display both ‘Entity name’ and full name if available.
