Can you replace the lightbulbs?

While we're happy to help with lightbulb replacements, there are situations where we may need to engage external help. For instance, the light is in a challenging location, the fitting or bulb is unique and hard to find, or specialised knowledge is required for the replacement, we'll coordinate with a handyman or an electrician. In such cases, a service charge will be applied to your account.

To streamline the process and ensure efficient maintenance, we recommend providing at least one spare bulb for each light in your property. This proactive measure allows your Hosting Partner and their on-the-ground team to easily identify the appropriate bulb for each light, ensuring a quicker replacement when needed in the future.
