Who does the repairs on the properties you manage? Can I use my own contractors/vendors?
We have a network of local providers for repairs at your property. However, if you have preferred providers let your local Hosting Partner know and these can be added to your Hometime account. In the event of emergency repairs, it may not be possible to use your preferred providers; however, we'll do our best to contact them, and if unavailable, we'll arrange to use our own.
