Can I choose not to fix something?

We aim to keep your property in excellent condition and make sure it’s guest-ready at all times. We kindly request your collaboration to make sure your guests have the best experience possible at your property. Maintenance issues that impact the safety of your guests need to be resolved during the guest's stay. For example the property having no water, no electricity, no hot water, security issues/breaches, exposed wires/electrical hazards, water leaks causing property damage and broken items that are considered an extreme safety issue. In light of this, refusal to fix items that may impact the quality of a guest’s stay or the safety of guests may result in the termination of your contract with Hometime at our discretion.
