You can easily book a stay for yourself or friends and family through the Calendar in your Homeowner Portal. Below is both a video and step-by-step instructions to walk you through how.
Video walkthrough:
Step-by-step guide:
- Log into your Homeowner Portal here. If you have multiple properties, please make sure you are in the correct property where you intend to stay.
- Select the first date you intend to stay. A pop-up window will appear in the middle of the screen, as below.
- The dates will automatically default to a one-night stay but you can easily edit these dates by clicking on the date you'd like to edit then select the start and end dates you would like to block out for your stay.
- Once you've confirmed the dates for your stay, you’ll also need to specify the number of guests, including adults, children, infants, and pets. Then click Continue to proceed to the next step.
- You can indicate whether you are staying by ticking the “I’m the one staying” option, which will automatically pre-fill your details. If family or friends will be staying instead, provide their contact details so they receive the necessary notifications. Please provide additional stay details such as check-in time, reason for staying, or any special requests.
- Next, click Schedule stay at the bottom of the page to save your changes. A confirmation pop-up will appear and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Your stay is now successfully scheduled.
How do I modify or cancel a booked stay?
You can modify or cancel your stay in your Homeowner Portal. Click on your reservation bar, and a pop-up will appear from the right side of the screen. Click the ‘Update my stay’ button below the details of your stay.
From there, you can either cancel your stay or edit the stay’s dates, number of guests, and guest details. Once saved, your local host will be notified of the changes and will make the necessary preparations.
Please note: To ensure your property is ready for the next guest, your local host will organise cleaning after your stay. You’ll be charged a cleaning fee after the stay on your next statement.
