There are no significant changes to our pricing strategy, we'll apply the same strategy as per Airbnb, which is based on seasonality, events, individual property amenities and holiday periods. Regarding calendar availability windows, in some cases these will be slightly different to Airbnb - this takes into account several factors such as lead time, cancellations and overall seasonality of specific markets. On occasion, we may implement channel-specific changes (ie. Booking.com, Airbnb or Vrbo) to pricing to maximise earning potential, including channel-specific promotions when we need to gain traction on vacant listings or slower periods. The decision behind this is that channels provide a visibility boost, through either higher placement in the search rankings or targeted marketing with their existing user base.
