Our Hosting Partners and Hometime only receive payment when there is a booking.

So they are naturally incentivised to increase the property's return by performing the management duties to a high standard and making sure they're not dropping the ball as it will impact their earnings directly.

Hometime has set certain performance standard requirements surrounding the review averages left by guests, the monthly "ask nicely" pulse check/review from hosts and retention of properties within control.
