- If you cancel 7 days or more before check-in, you will get a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will be charged 50% of the booking plus 1 night (in full).
- If you cancel during your stay, you will be charged for each night you stayed (in full) plus 50% of the unspent nights plus 1 night (in full).
- If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation is more than 30 days before check-in, you will get a full refund.
- If you cancel within 30 days of check-in, you will be charged 100% of the booking.
- If you cancel during your stay and there are more than 28 remaining unspent nights, you will be charged for each night you stayed (in full) plus 28 nights (in full).
- If you cancel during your stay and there are less than 28 remaining unspent nights, you will be charged 100% of the booking.
Airbnb

1. Short Stay (< 28 days)
Moderate cancellation policy
- Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund.
- If cancellation is within 5 days of check-in or after check-in, you’ll be charged for each night you stay (in full), plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights.
2. Long Stay (> 28 days)
Strict cancellation policy
- To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 48 hours of making your booking, and the cancellation must be requested at least 14 days before check-in.
- If you cancel 14 days or more before check-in but not within 48 hours of making your booking, you’ll be charged 50% for all nights.
- If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 50% for all nights.
- You’ll be charged 100% for all nights if you cancel after that.
