What do I do if I or a guest in my group damages or breaks something at the property?

Please get in touch with your host immediately to report any incident.

We understand that accidents do happen and we will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Please do not attempt to fix damages or breakages yourself, especially when they require certified tradespeople to do so.
