There can be several ways to troubleshoot the problem before getting in touch with your host.
- Try and find the fuse box and make sure the switches are on.
- Reset circuit breakers by flicking them off and on again. Make sure the circuit breakers are not being overloaded by running too many appliances at the same time – especially heat-generating appliances such as kettles, toasters, oil heaters, etc.
- If the property still has no electricity, there could be a larger issue. Please get in touch with your host so they are aware of the situation and can help where possible.
Please note this may be part of a wider grid or network outage and therefore out of our host’s control. They will do their best to work with you and understand what’s happening.
