The oven is not working. What should I do?

There can be several ways to troubleshoot the problem before getting in touch with your host.

  • Please check to see if the property has a master/wall switch and switch it on.
  • Check if the clock is set to a time and is not flashing. Many ovens do not work if the clock time is not set.
  • Make sure that the oven door is closed properly.

If the above steps don’t help, try and locate the fuse box and make sure the oven switch is on. You can also try a reset of the fuse switch for the oven.

If none of these steps fixes the problem, please get in touch with your host to explain what is happening. They will arrange for the first available tradesperson to investigate further and hopefully repair the problem.
