There can be several ways to troubleshoot the problem before getting in touch with your host.
Bottle: Please check the gas valve is open by turning the handle at the top of the bottle to position ‘open’.
Mains: Please make sure the valve is open.
If we have run out of gas for the BBQ, please get in touch with our hosts to arrange a replacement bottle. It is preferred that you allow the host to organise the replacement bottle rather than sourcing your own as it can be difficult to reimburse guests through some of the booking platforms we use.
