There can be several ways to troubleshoot the problem before getting in touch with your host.
- Over stacking the fridge will cause the cooling to be ineffective.
- Please make sure that there are no obstructions to the vents.
- Please make sure the door is not obstructed and can be closed properly.
If everything appears as it should and the fridge continues to be inefficient, please get in touch with your host to let them know what is happening and they’ll arrange for the first available tradesperson to investigate further and hopefully repair the problem.
