I was promised a refund and I haven't received it. Who can I talk to?

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 - 15 business days to process depending on your bank or credit card provider. If it has been agreed you will receive a refund, the Customer Experience Team will notify you when this has been processed. If you have received this confirmation, please allow time for the refund to process through your bank.
