I was told there are changes to the amenities at the property I booked, and I now want to cancel my booking. What should I do?

If changes have been made to the amenities at the property and you’re not happy with the alternative offer, please send a request to your host to cancel your booking without a cancellation fee as the amenities have changed since you booked your stay.
