How can I file a claim request (request money) with Hometime?

If you are not happy with the solution provided by your Host to the issue you encounter and if you would like to file a claim directly with Hometime, please send us an email guest.support@hometime.io or give us a call on +61 1300 616 299, and state the reservation number you requested for the claim.
