Hometime standard onboarding process
Hometime play a support and technology role in the management of your property. When you onboard with us - we will curate your Airbnb listing to maximise its search ranking on Airbnb, apply and maintain the dynamic pricing algorithm for your property (which extracts as much revenue as possible from your property) and provide the support teams to assist where needed.
Your Hosting Partner’s role is the physical management of the property. This includes organising the housekeeping companies to clean after guests stay, all guest communication before and during their stay and liaising with you (the homeowner) if any maintenance or issues arise at the property.
The standard procedure for onboarding with Hometime is fairly simple, it includes:
- Meeting with your Hosting Partner
- Signing your contract with us
- Liaising with your Hosting Partner to get the property guest ready. This includes:
- Getting any maintenance that might need done
- Getting all furniture and amenities purchased
- Getting key lockbox installed, preparing guest instructions for anything necessary
- Etc.
- If you are in NSW, ensure you have completed your STRA registration and provided your HP with your registration number
- Once the property is ready to go, your Hosting Partner will organise for a deep clean of the property in preparation for the first guests
- After the deep clean, your Hosting Partner will organise professional photography to be completed
- Hometime then curate your Airbnb listing with the photography and write all the necessary copy for your listing (title, description, amenities etc.)
- Once this is all completed, the listing goes live and you start receiving bookings.
This is a graph you can share with the Homeowner regarding the onboarding process. As part of the new onboarding process spearheaded by Sales. New HOs will receive this in their Welcome to Hometime email when they sign their contract.
